DUAIR –GSSA has opened Customer Care Center – Center of information and booking for Spain and Portugal.
It has representative office in Madrid Airport and also has representants in Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Alicante and Malaga but they are only available on the day of flights.

How to do a reservation, pay a ticket and recive information:

►Where to book a ticket and receive information

- personally at ticketing office of Bulgaria Air in Madrid airport.
- by telephone +34 902 199 839 - 609 056 791 - 679 710 958 - 679 714 883 - 679 741 577 (DUAIR, official Bulgaria Air representation for Spain and Portugal)
- by Internet, if you can pay on line with credit card.

►Form of payment:

- personally in Bulgaria Air’s offices, cash or by credit card.
- bank transfer to Duair GSSA bank account, the account number will be given after you have made the reservation).
- with credit card by Internet, if you book your ticket on line in www.bulgariair.com

►Ticketing:

Bulgaria Air issue basically electronic tickets and from Juny´08, electronic tickets are mandatory for all air companies in Europe.
The electronic ticket gives a lot of advantages to our passengers as a greater security and easier way to obtain the ticket.
You can receive invoice of your electronic ticket and a copy of the itinerary in the moment of ticketing at the ticketing office, or can be sended by email or by fax.

IMPORTANT!

►Latest check-in time:

Bulgaria Air recommends passengers arrive at the airport two hours before the flight leaves.
It´s is important allowing the necessary time to complete all formalities for your travel.
If flights leave from Spanish or Portuguese airports, the latest check-in time is 50 minutes before de departure times of the aircraft.
Flights cannot be held up for passengers arriving late and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases.

►Confirmations:

If you break your journey for more than 72 hours at any point, please reconfirm your intention of using your reservation. The deadline for reconfirmation on Bulgaria Air international flights is 48 hours before departure.
